Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to examine the INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION COMPETENCIES (ICC) in the organization and identification of its components as well as determine the quality of interaction between them. This research is an applied and developmental as well as analitical and quantitative and the use of interpretive structural modeling method. The statistical population of the research in the analytical section is a group of academic experts and in the quantitative section is all personals of North Khorasan Governmental Executive Agencies; that 17 peoples ofexperts by using snowball sampling and 373 peoples of personals by using Stratified random sampling were selected as statistical sample. The data collection tools in the analytical section were a researcher made matrix table and in the quantitative section were standard questionnaires that were distributed among the statistical sample after determining their validity and reliability. The results in the analytical section showed important components of ICC were Empathy, Altercentrism, Self disclosure, Conflict Management, Interaction management, Supportiveness, Flexibility, assertiveness, Social Relaxation, Expressiveness, Immediacy, influencing others and goal orientation that at five different levels of interaction have a positive and significant relationship with together. This Results can help managers and employees to Identifying and strengthening their ICC for achieve effective organizational COMMUNICATIONs.

Abstract: 

According to the Quran, human COMMUNICATIONs are formed on the basis of two effective contexts: personal and positional. The positional texture, considering sexuality, role and status, culture, surroundings and time, and personal texture, considering personality, motivations, features and audiences personal attitudes are effective in quality of people's COMMUNICATION. The extent of the effect of these two contexts is dependent on elements and parts of the COMMUNICATION. Therefore in some of the COMMUNICATIONs personal context and in some of the others positional context has more importance. To use from personal and positional contexts is along with the aim of forming an effective COMMUNICATION, in which the transfer of the message from the sender be made in a correct and complete form and makes the greatest influence on the audience. This paper while enjoying of the ideas of social psychologists in the field of COMMUNICATION is to explain human characteristics and effective situational-positional factors on INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONs in Quran.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Nursing managers have extensive relationships in the organization and COMMUNICATION is the key to working processes and relationships to achieve organizational goals,Therefore, nursing managers should be aware of the COMMUNICATION process and COMMUNICATION COMPETENCIES. COMMUNICATION competence is a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes that reflect job performance and can be assessed by accepted standards. Methods: This study is a comprehensive review study that is done by searching Persian articles using the keywords competency, COMMUNICATION competence, nursing managers, in Magiran, Iran Medex, Iranian Research Institute for Information Science (Irandoc) & Scientific databases, and Information Database (SID) from 2009 to 2020 and by searching the keywords COMMUNICATION competency, Nursing manager, manager of nursing & Nursing management in PubMed, ProQuest, Google scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science & Ovid databases from 2009-2020. Results: After receiving the studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and careful review of titles and content, the possibility of accessing the full text and eliminating duplicates, the full text of the remaining 108 articles is carefully examined. Finally, 12 articles (seven English and five Persian studies) are selected. According to the review of studies, six main COMMUNICATION COMPETENCIES are identified with their examples, which are: 1) Effective COMMUNICATION, 2) Identifying behavioral and personality traits, 3) Active listener, 4) Interaction, 5) Relationship management and 6) Participatory decision making. Conclusions: According to the studies, COMMUNICATION is one of the most important managerial COMPETENCIES of nursing managers in all three categories of management (matron, supervisor and head nurse). Therefore, in order to create stronger relationships (strengthen COMMUNICATION), solve COMMUNICATION problems and ensure a healthy work environment, special attention should be paid to training and using COMMUNICATION COMPETENCIES to determine the quality of relationships and achieve the goals of the organization more effectively.

Abstract: 

Introduction: INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION in critical care units is one of the most important factors due to complicated and critical conditions of patients. Nurses’ confrontation with ethical distresses and conflict resolution techniques are often influenced by the culture governing these units. This study aimed to explore INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION culture among critical care nurses. Methods: A focused ethnographic approach was used to conduct study in Iran. The research method was based on the research evolutionary cycle model recommended by Spradley (1980). Data were collected over six months through purposeful sampling and semi structured interviews (n=18) and participation observation (n=43). The data were obtained over six months of observation and interview with participants. Data analysis was done by Spradley method and was interpreted to discover the meaning units from the obtained themes. MAXQDA10 was used to manage data. Results: Five major domains of observations and high-level consensus were extracted in this study, including grouping, work-life interaction, professionalism, organizational atmosphere and experience. Conclusion: Development of INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION culture is influenced by various factors. Besides, the working models and nurses’ use of workspace are indispensable components of effective COMMUNICATION at workplace. The findings of this study can be helpful in determining appropriate strategies and practices to resolve COMMUNICATION problems among nurses by specifying challenges, thereby leading to proper COMMUNICATION among nurses, promoting this COMMUNICATION and finally providing high quality and more effective care.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted to study the importance of COMMUNICATION in INTERPERSONAL relationships in everyday life. The present study was carried out to develope a model of COMMUNICATION in INTERPERSONAL relationships. This is a qualitative study conducted by theoretical method in 1401. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interview method as the main data collection tool. The interviewees include professionals, elites, university professors and experts in the field of social COMMUNICATION. Their opinions, causes, interventions, condition contexts, strategies and consequences of COMMUNICATION of INTERPERSONAL relationships in everyday life were investigated. Purposeful sampling was used to select people in the sample. The number of samples used for in-depth interviews was 15 experts. Three criteria for selecting research participants include the person's education level, field of study and area of ​​professional activity. In the present study, data collection continued until the theoretical saturation stage of the main codes, and more specifically, until no more new data could be obtained. Data analysis was performed using Grounded Theory method and Max Kyuda software (2022), which eventually led to the development of a model of COMMUNICATIONs of INTERPERSONAL relationships in everyday life. The results include 164 key codes with 281 repetitions in 27 subcategories. The finding showed the inducative pattern for relationships based on  needs, indicators, platforms and infrastructure, barriers and constrains, strategies and consequences of COMMUNICATION in INTERPERSONAL relationships in everyday life.
